Join Laura, from Dance Like a Mother, and Claire, from Mini Me Time, for a fun taster session.

We will fit you and your baby safely and comfortably in a carrier, yours or use one of mine, and enjoy a boogie DLAM style. Absolutely no dance experience needed, two left feet are more than welcome. It’s fun, sassy, and pure joy as we dance to great tunes whilst our babies are snuggled up close and both soaking up those gorgeous cuddles.

Then it's time for a wonderful Mini Yoga session where we will do some stretches with baby and put them to music before having a wind down with some sensory lights and bubbles.

There will also be time for a brew and a chat!
